What Relay is

Relay is a publishing service for Markdown-format AI skills. You sign in with Google, publish a Markdown file via the CLI or API, and get a shareable link. Anyone with the link (according to the visibility you set) can read the rendered skill or fetch the raw Markdown.

Your account

You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure and for any activity under your Relay account, including any API keys you generate.

Acceptable use

Don't use Relay to publish or distribute:

• Malicious skills designed to exfiltrate data, exploit prompt injection, or trick AI tools into harmful behavior against their users.
• Illegal content under German or EU law, including content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
• Spam, bulk-published low-value skills designed to game discovery.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or doxes any individual.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any content the publication of which would be illegal in Germany.

Don't use Relay to abuse the platform: don't attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape private skills, brute-force slugs, or interfere with other users' access.

Your content, your responsibility

You retain all rights to the skills you publish. You grant Relay a non-exclusive license to host, render, and serve your content as needed to provide the service. You are solely responsible for what you publish and for the visibility setting you choose. If you mark a skill public, expect search engines to index it.

Service availability

Relay is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We may change, limit, or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes. We do not guarantee uptime, backup, or that your published links will remain accessible indefinitely. Export your important skills locally if continuity matters to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or applicable law. You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@fedeponte.com from the address tied to your account.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relay is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Direct damages are capped at the amount you paid for Relay in the prior twelve months (which, on the free tier, is zero).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is Hamburg, Germany, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Changes

If we materially change these terms we will update the date at the top and notify signed-in users via email before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
